My two dachshunds arrived after their trip from the Midlands to Mallorca happy, well and relaxed.
Julie was recommended to me and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. She is professional, friendly, confident and relaxed. My sense is that the dogs come first and that she also understands the many needs of us owners! The van is well equipped with a fridge, secure enclosure that is positioned close to the drivers (on my dogs trip their were two drivers) and organised. Your pet will travel in their own individual cabin, providing a safe, secure and comfortable space throughout the journey. The vehicle is designed so that the driver and co-driver have full visibility and easy interaction with the pets at all times, allowing us to provide reassurance, comfort and individual attention every step of the way.
If your pet weighs under 8kg, including their travel bag, they can travel with us using our Air/Road Courier Service. We collect your pet from an agreed location in the UK and accompany them in the aircraft cabin to an airport close to their final destination. Your pet remains under our personal care and supervision throughout the journey and is never transported as cargo. On arrival, they are safely reunited with their owner or, if required, transported by road for the final stage of their journey.
Once on the road, we will let you know that your pet has settled in. We usually stop for a significant break every three to four hours, so everyone can use the toilet, stretch their legs and have some refreshments.
Cats have a litter tray contained within their crate but, during the stops, they also get plenty of fuss and attention.
Videos and updates are given throughout the journey to reassure owners that their pets are happy in safe and caring hands.
