Download our FREE Pet Travel Guide, this will give you all the information you and your pets need for travelling between the UK and Europe.

Each pet has an individual crate with plenty of ventilation and they can snuggle in their own familiar bed.  The vehicle is designed such that pets are on a platform near to the driver and co-driver.  This makes it easy to interact with and comfort the pets and keep a watchful eye on them throughout our journey.

In addition to luxury road transport, we also offer a pet courier service, the only major requirement is that your pet weighs under 8kg – including their travel bag.  We collect your pet from an agreed point and then head to the airport.  Having taken a flight to Paris (or another suitable location) we are met at arrivals by our co-driver.  Your pet is then transferred to a comfy bed and offered a leg-stretch and refreshment.  Having passed UK pet border control, they are delivered via road to their final destination. This service can take as little as 12 hours.

From the initial enquiry, we will guide you through the relevant pet paperwork.  We also consult you regarding your pets’ needs during the journey. To secure the booking, a 50% deposit is required to allow us to reserve the necessary ferries, pet-friendly lodgings and Eurotunnel.  As the time for your pet to travel draws closer, we keep in touch to double check all necessary documentation is signed and the Animal Health Certificate or Pet Passport is valid.

Once on the road, we will let you know that your pet has settled in. We usually stop for a significant break every three to four hours, so everyone can use the toilet, stretch their legs and have some refreshments.

Cats have a litter tray contained within their crate but, during the stops, they also get plenty of fuss and attention.

Videos and updates are given throughout the journey to reassure owners that their pets are happy in safe and caring hands.

We stop overnight in a French farmhouse with an enclosed private garden, just south of Paris. Dogs are let out of their crates and allowed (with permission from owners!) to roam free in this secure environment. They dine and rest with us – far better than being cooped in a crate for two to three days.  Dogs sleep in the house, in their own beds, and are never left alone.

Cats also are moved to a secure playroom (with windows!) so they too can have a chance to relax. Fresh litter trays, toys, food and water are provided – plus lots of fuss from us.

We always book a pet-friendly cabin. Your pet stays with us at all times, minimising stress and guaranteeing a happy, relaxed arrival at destination.

Sizes vary according to the proportions of the travelling pet.  Our vehicle is designed to be flexible and can accommodate various options.

Cats always have a crate big enough for their bed, water, and litter tray at the other end.

Yes, they can!  We are very proud of our crates-with-a-view.  Dogs, in particular, benefit from this as they love to sit and look out of the window.  It makes the journey more enjoyable and stimulating for them.

The vehicle is designed with a split level, cats and dogs can be separated to avoid stress.

To avoid any change in diet, we recommend you supply your own pet food.  We always ask for a little extra, to ensure there are no issues should we encounter any unforeseen delays.

Our vehicle is equipped with an electric fridge, this keeps fresh and raw food (and medication) cool throughout the journey.  We understand the need to keep your pets on the diet they are accustomed to.

Prices vary depending on how many pets travel.  Private Pet Transport (just your pet and us) is at one end of the scale, while Shared Pet Transport (self-explanatory) is more affordable as costs are divided.
