Private Pet Transport
Private Pet Transport is designed for your pet(s) to travel on an exclusive basis, this allows for greater flexibility on dates, times and locations.
Overnight stays are in a French cottage in the countryside, where dogs can (with your permission!) stretch their legs and roam safely in the garden. Dogs sleep with us in the cottage – no kennels or crates – so they’re relaxed and recharged for the next stage of their journey.
Cats enjoy their own room-with-a-bird’s-eye-view, where they can rest and unwind in peace without the anxiety of other pets around them.
This is a more affordable option, where the journey is shared with other pets.
Don’t worry, your pet will still have their own private space and can even choose a window seat. During the journey the co-driver has full visibility and interaction with the pets, warmly reassuring them along the way.
Overnight stays are in the same country cottage as Private Pet Transport.
If they weigh in at under 8kg, your pet can travel in style with a bespoke door-to-door service.
Your pet will be picked up from your doorstep and flown with us – in the cabin – to a convenient European airport, such as Paris or Brussels. We will be met by our co-driver, where your pet will be transferred from the carrier to a snug, safe space with refreshment and the chance for a comfort break. Co-driver and ‘courier’ will then transport your beloved animal directly to destination – of course always ensuring they are secure and happy en route.
This service can be as quick as 12 hours from start to finish, and the pet is attended to and cared for at all times.
Each pet has an individual crate with plenty of ventilation and they can snuggle in their own familiar bed. The vehicle is designed such that pets are on a platform near to the driver and co-driver. This makes it easy to interact with and comfort the pets and keep a watchful eye on them throughout our journey.
In addition to luxury road transport, we also offer a pet courier service, the only major requirement is that your pet weighs under 8kg – including their travel bag. We collect your pet from an agreed point and then head to the airport. Having taken a flight to Paris (or another suitable location) we are met at arrivals by our co-driver. Your pet is then transferred to a comfy bed and offered a leg-stretch and refreshment. Having passed UK pet border control, they are delivered via road to their final destination. This service can take as little as 12 hours.
Once on the road, we will let you know that your pet has settled in. We usually stop for a significant break every three to four hours, so everyone can use the toilet, stretch their legs and have some refreshments.
Cats have a litter tray contained within their crate but, during the stops, they also get plenty of fuss and attention.
Videos and updates are given throughout the journey to reassure owners that their pets are happy in safe and caring hands.
Yes, they can! We are very proud of our crates-with-a-view. Dogs, in particular, benefit from this as they love to sit and look out of the window. It makes the journey more enjoyable and stimulating for them.
Julie was brilliant. She took my two large dogs (Ridgeback and Doberman) and my cat from Mallorca to Newcastle and then back again! She kept in touch the whole way and my pets were relaxed and comfortable on arrival both ways. Highly recommend!Katie Lewis
